Established in 2023, X-Golf ​Richmond brings you an innovative ​tournament concept with split day ​starts between two locations in one ​weekend! Play 18 holes outdoors at ​Mill Quarter Plantation Country ​Club and another 18 indoors on X-​Golf's advanced technology ​simulators. These unique locations ​offer the best of both world's of ​indoor and outdoor golf.

Who Can Play?

  • This is a 2-player team GROSS scored event.
  • Open to golfers of all levels .
  • X-Golf Richmond & Mill Quarter Plantation ​Country Club Employees are permitted to play.
  • Teams will be grouped with other teams and ​placed in groups of 4 at Mill Quarter and 6 players ​per bay at X-Golf
  • Groups will be assigned after all registrations have ​been completed.

Tournament Outline

  • Format: Mill Quarter Location will be 2-player ​teams Scramble with 2 teams paired per hole ​with a shotgun start. X-Golf Location will be 2-​player teams Scramble with 3 teams per bay, ​starting 30 minutes after warm-up (11am)
  • Scoring: This tournament will be GROSS ​scoring with Individual Location & Overall ​final winners.
  • Dates: November 9 & 10, 2024
  • Courses: Mill Quarter Plantation Country ​Club & Bethpage at X-Golf Richmond
  • Awards Ceremony: X-Golf Richmond at 4:00 ​pm on November 10, 2024

Registration

  • Participants must pay upon registration to ensure ​availability.
  • ID and confirmation number will be required at ​check-in for ALL participants.
  • This event is limited to 72 participants.
  • Registration includes 36 holes of golf (18 holes ​indoors at X-Golf Richmond, 18 holes outdoors at ​Mill Quarter Plantation Country Club), lunch ​both days, 2 beverage tickets at each location, a ​SWAG bag, range balls and a shared cart for ​outdoor round.

EVENT FEES

  • Cost of registration is $500 per 2-person team​​
  • Participants must pay upon registration to ​ensure availability.
  • Fee includes golf, swag bag, lunch and 2 ​beverage tickets each round.
  • Additional food & beverage will be available at ​X-Golf Richmond. Cash and Card is accepted.
  • Mill Quarter will have a cash bev cart available ​and the clubhouse will have beverages ​available for purchase at the turn.
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE is ​permitted at either location.

  • Players will be split between two courses and play in groups of 4 at Mill Quarter - 2 sets of 2-player teams, and 3 sets of 2-​player teams at X-Golf.
  • Group "WOODS" begins at Mill Quarter Plantation Country Club, "Scramble" outdoors on August 24th starting at 2:00pm ​with staggered tee times & will play at X-Golf Richmond on August 25th indoors on the Bethpage Black Simulator Course at ​2:00pm.
  • Group "IRONS" will being at X-Golf Richmond on August 25th indoors on the Bethpage Black Simulator Course at 2:00pm, ​"Scramble" & will play at Mill Quarter Plantation Country Club, "Scramble" outdoors on August 24th starting at 2:00pm with ​staggered tee times.
  • ​​Participants must pay upon registration to ensure availability.
